Danielle and Nathan, the founders of Carer’s Notebook, created the app out of necessity & now it is a real passion project for them. As parents of three neurodivergent daughters, they struggled to manage medications, therapy schedules, and daily routines and felt like they weren’t always doing as much as they could. Danielle bore more of the load, handling most of the caregiving while Nathan often felt out of the loop due to his job being office based. When they couldn’t find a tool that met their needs, they decided to build one themselves.
Carer’s Notebook is a digital platform designed to help caregivers stay organised and informed. It allows families to track medications, manage appointments, document therapy progress, and share essential updates, ensuring that everyone involved in caregiving has access to the information they need.
More than just an organisational tool, Carer’s Notebook is about reducing stress and improving communication—whether between parents, partners, or siblings caring for aging loved ones. Danielle and Nathan built it to solve their own challenges, and now they’re sharing it with other families who need the same support.
“You support them. We support you.”
